Élisabeth Berge is a writer and visual artist based in Tiohtià:ke / Montreal.

​

Working through prose, analogue photography, and artistic protocols, she develops projects that take the form of books, correspondence, exhibitions, installations, and participatory experiences.

​

Her practice examines contemporary infrastructures of attention, creative processes, and the gestures that shape how we relate to places, people, and images. Rather than offering answers, her work creates conditions for observation, encounter, and new ways of seeing.

She is currently developing projects between Québec and France.
